Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal in soy milk, either an apple, orange, or bananna, glass of Welch's purple grape juice Lunch: 8 liquid egg white with tomato omlette, a fruit (same as above), and a glass of orange juice Dinner: Skinless chicken breast, brown rice, mixed vegetables Just 3 meals throughout the day, spaced 5 hours apart, no snacks in between. I also have a few cups of black coffee throughout the day.
