Breakfast (8:30am [ I have 1st spare at school] ) 2 hardboiled eggs, yogurt with 1 cup chopped strawberries, medium banana about 380 calories Lunch (12:00pm) Salad with lettuce, mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes; with kraft extra virgin tuscan italian salad dressing Handful of filberts (hazelnuts) and cashews (both raw and unsalted ) about 220 Calories After school (4:00pm; after I worked out for a bit) 1/2 cup french vanilla greek yogurt (balkan astro all natural) - 100 calories Dinner (5:30) 1 large wrap (whole wheat) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, dill pickles, sweel pickles, provolone cheese slices, ham, chicken, and mustard about 550-600 calories (it was BIGGGGGG) 8:00pm Tea with milk and honey About 120 calories 9:15pm 1 medium apple with 5 teaspoons of chunky peanut butter About 250 calories So that brings me to a total of about 1680 or so?? I have a feeling that's still not enough :/ My doctor wants me to gain 5 lbs, but I refuse to gain fat. He told me I should lift weights
