This is exactly what I've eaten today... (please pardon the chocolates, it's Easter candy!) I also student-teach a ballet/tap class for an hour and a half, and go for a half-hour jog each evening.

It's probably really bad, but here goes... breakfast: two eggo waffles with butter and homemade maple syrup 1 yoplait whips yogurt cup of 2% milk lunch: peanut butter/jelly sandwich on white bread (didn't have whole wheat! :p) package of crackers water snack (yes, this is very bad): 1 hershey chocolate bar chicks and rabbits marshmallows peeps sixlets jelly beans (my easter candy lol.) dinner: two hot dogs baked beans carrots pudding cup of milk snack: more candy 1 apple the hot dogs were plain, no bun or anything

Here's what I ate today. 2 bowls cheerios Egg salad sandwich 100 calorie granola bites 100 calorie chex mix rice pudding Clementine 1tbsp peanut butter Apple Some kind of chicken pasta thing my mom made for dinner It might seem like a LOT but I'm actually not fat, I just Needa tone up.
