Most of my music I downloaded from free websites and not iTunes, so if I sync it with my original iTunes account will it only let me put the purchased songs on it and will it erase the other ones?

soo i got a news iPod touch and I'm having problems setting it up! my apple id says its invalid and i use my email? it says reset but i don't want to start all over> .< what can i do???

So today I got a brand new iPod Touch for Christmas (the newest version as of December 2011) and was all excited because I thought I was going to be able to FaceTime my cousin, who lives across the country from me and is expecting my call. However, when I went to set up a FaceTime account using the email I already have set up on my new iPod, I entered the email and received a notification that said "An error occured while verifying your email". I tried multiple times using that email, and then tried three different emails.

So I recently got an iPod Touch, and I wanted to create an Apple ID so I can get apps and stuff.

For Ipod Touch. I want to download free apps and I won't need to buy anything so i don't see why the option is no longer there to pick "None" as the payment method. I don't trust entering details into Ipod's, Xbox's etc

so i was planing to get an ipad, i looked at the ones at staples and they are ios 4, but the ones at apple.ca are ios 5, why are they different? is it safe to download ios 5 after wards

I'm 16, and my parents said i can get a new phone. Debating between an android or iphone. We already have an ipad in our house, so im really comfortable with the apple interface but i hear androids are really good, and i don't know if that'll be the future of phones.
