Apple CEO Steve Jobs has been named the world’s best-performing CEO by the prestigious Harvard Business Review (registration required). The publication conducted a study regarding 2,000 CEOs worldwide, choosing a sample group consisting of 48 nationalities from companies based in 33 countries
